HOW THE CHILD CENTER HELPS TURN LIVES AROUND:
“We are always finding effective ways to look at family needs in the context of multiculturalism, and how to use that cultural sensitivity to advocate for families successfully. For example, we are one of the few agencies to offer domestic abuse counseling for Spanish-speaking families. Because our clinicians are so multicultural, the process is more organic… It is so rewarding to see how the support we offer brings healing and growth to families’ lives.
