  • Hours: Office—Mon-Fri, 9 AM-5PM; Staff available 24/7 to enrolled families via cell phone
  • Services provided: For families of youngsters who are already involved with the mental health system. Youngsters must be experiencing serious emotional and/or behavioral difficulties.
  • Admission criteria: Youngster must have used mental health services in the past. For BCM, referral to C-SPOA (Children’s Single Point of Access) must be completed.
  • Languages spoken: English, Haitian Creole, Spanish.
  • Ages accepted: Newborn to 17+
  • Public transportation: Subway—#7 to 61st Street, Bus—#60, Train—LIRR

  • Services provided: Short-term services to stabilize youngsters who are at imminent risk of psychiatric hospitalization. Services offered in the home and referrals made for follow-up services when intervention is completed.
  • Admission criteria: Youngster must have used mental health services in the past.
  • Languages spoken: English, Haitian Creole, Spanish.
  • Ages accepted: Newborn to 17+
  • Public transportation: Subway—#7 to 61st Street, Bus—Q60, Train—LIRR
