  • Services provided: Intensive home and office-based intervention to improve family functioning and develop coping skills in children of substance-abusing parents.
  • Special Services: Licensed OASAS 822 Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment Program, mental health services through Child & Family Clinic Plus, and Single Stop
  • Ages accepted: Families with children, ages newborn - 5.
  • Admission Criteria: Families must be referred by ACS, DAS, Probation Department, Family Court, or be involved in the juvenile justice system.
  • Languages spoken: English, Spanish
  • Transportation: Subway—E and J to Jamaica Center; Buses—Q56, Q44, A20, A/B, Q24, Q111, Q6, A9, A41

  • Services provided: The approach is family-centered and draws upon the strengths and resources within youth and their family, utilizing the Functional Family Therapy (FFT) treatment modality
  • Special services: Single Stop, linkages to services and entitlements
  • Ages accepted: Families with children ages 11-17 who are at risk of out-of-home placement.
  • Admission Criteria: Families must be referred by ACS, DAS, Probation Department, Family Court, or be involved in the juvenile justice system.
  • Languages spoken: Creole, English, Spanish
  • Transportation: Subway—E or J, Buses—Q56, Q44, Q20A/B, Q24, Q111, Q6, Q8, Q9, Q41

  • Languages spoken: English, Spanish
