lisasigismondi@childcenterny.org - Hours: Office open--Mon-Fri 9 AM- 5 PM, services provided 7 days a week and evenings as needed
- Services provided: Evaluations and treatment services (physical therapy (PT), occupational therapy (OT), special instruction, social work services, speech therapy) provided to infants and toddlers with developmental delays. All services provided in the home or community by clinicians who speak the family’s language. Also includes Service Coordination (case management) services for children receiving EI evaluation and/or services.
- Special services: Parent/child and family support groups
- Ages accepted: Newborn-3
- Admission criteria: All NYC children ages 0-2.9 are eligible to be evaluated; if eligible, family/children receive services in their home or in community venue.
- Languages spoken:English, Hindi, Russian, Spanish
- Public transportation: Subway--#7 to Flushing Main Street, also accessibly by bus or LIRR
